  4. Drop-shipped Items: As we work with drop shippers, if there is any issue with the product, please contact us and we will assist you in returning or refunding the order as per our return policy.

  5. Shipping and Handling: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item.

  6. Final Sale Items: Certain items may be marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
